Braised asparagus



  • Asparagus

  • Olive oil

  • Salt

  • Pepper






  1. Peel, wash, and cut asparagus into small pieces.

  2. Put them in a non-stick pan with a little olive oil.

  3. Add a pinch of salt and pepper.

  4. If necessary add a little water.

  5. Season with salt.

  6. Cook over a low heat for 20/30 minutes.
