Asparagus with sliced



  • 4/5 Asparagus per person

  • Sliced ​​to taste Speck-Pancetta-Lardo-cooked ham





(if you use natural asparagus, skip the first two points)

  1. Boil the asparagus in salted water for 15 min.

  2. Drain and allow to cool.

  3. Wrap them one by one in slices of speck or other sliced.

  4. Place on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.

  5. If desired, add some flakes of parmesan.

  6. Put in the oven already hot until the sliced ​​is slightly melted.

  7. Please serve them with a strawberry jam.
