Salty cake




  • 400 g. of braised Cantello asparagus.

  • 150 g. of diced ham.

  • 2 whole eggs.

  • 1 round puff pastry.

  • q.s. grated Parmesan cheese.




  1. In a bowl beat the eggs with the Parmesan cheese.

  2. Add the braised asparagus (if necessary, pour them).

  3. Add the cubed ham.

  4. Place the puff pastry on a round baking pan lined with parchment paper.

  5. Pour the mixture.

  6. Place in a hot oven until cooked.
